As it is known, earlier the confirmation of the conformity of the equipment with the requirements of industrial safety was the document of a Permission of use issued by the Federal service for ecological, technological and nuclear supervision (Rostekhnadzor), which during inspections has fully proved the right of the employer to use different types of equipment at hazardous production facility.In connection with the reform of technical regulation in the Russian Federation, instead of allowing the application now in most cases is issued a certificate of conformity with applicable Technical regulations. However, in fact this certificate is not always able to prove the operating organization that the equipment complies with the requirements of industrial safety and can safely be operated at hazardous industrial facility.
